Took a chainsaw in there to be fixed. The guy said they charge $120 per hour and said it would take an hour. Recommended that we buy a new one for $250. Went to Norfolk Implement. They fixed it for $29
My lawn mower wouldn't turn over, so I took it in to have it looked at and serviced. It was done the next day, which was terrific, and then I took it home and it broke in exactly the same way. I spent 5 minutes on YouTube and now I won't have to ever take it in for that situation again. While I am happy with the turnaround time and basic servicing, it was frustrating to have the same thing happen literally minutes after it had been worked on and return home.
Everyone has been helpful, service was honest. Purchased a chainsaw there because I purchased from a big name store and got zero service, other stores also turned me away. Returned the new broken Huskvarna from where I bought it and went to Vic's. No issue since.
