Precision Door Service

When our garage door spring broke we called Precision Door Service in Londonderry. Even though it was a weekend, we got a live person to talk to and set up our repair. On the day of the repair, Dan arrived in a timely manner and explained all our options to us before proceeding to diligently and thoroughly make the necessary repairs and adjustments to our door. The entire experience couldn’t have been smoother - we definitely recommend Precision Door Service and will contact them for any future needs.

Highly recommend Precision Door Service! We had three new garage doors installed. Everything is automated through their website for scheduling the quote process and it worked flawlessly. The quote was competitive and provided as promised; we were given a realistic timeline for installation. The installation team (Barry and Jake) were awesome - friendly, efficient, and they did an outstanding job. Very happy customers.

Dan was awesome, respectful of My parents and very friendly. Reviewed everything perfectly with us. Dan did a GREAT JOB on our Garage door. He was a pure gentleman-Thank you Dan!

Scheduling the appointment for the time I needed was fast and easy. Once Dan arrived, he quickly assessed what was wrong and resolved the issues. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, respectful, and let me know what was going on. If I have future issues, I will be contacting Precision and requesting they send Dan.

I booked an appointment (simple - online) because our garage door opener wasn’t working. Dan arrived on schedule, checked the problem, and clearly explained all our options. We decided to replace the unit, and since he had one with him it only took an hour. Happy with our purchase and the excellent service we received.
