I was told that my hard drive crashed and there was no way to recover any of my data. I brought in, and was given back, a broken computer. A day later, I took it to another shop. Though it took some time to go through the boot sequence, the other company was able to retrieve all my data and have the pc working again. If I had listened to them, I would have thrown away years of data- all because they didn't have the patience to work through a slow boot.

Poor communication with the customer and little product knowledge, I was charged $300 for a repair that didn't even fix my computer. I immediately bring the computer back and they say they will re-diagnos and call me with what the problem actually is. 4 days later with no call with what the actual problem is, I decided it was time to call it quits and pick it up. When I arrive my computer is damaged! It clearly was dropped on the screen/side and was extremely bent. The screen was replaced a week before dropping it off here. They say they will "check the cameras", now it's making sense why they didn't call. After standing in the front of the store for 10 minutes someone finally helps me get a PARTIAL refund and if I come back in 2 more days I can get the rest of it.... 10 days of downtime and not being able to use my work computer for nothing and another 2 days to wait for refund, would not reccommend this place.

Fantastic Service helping me out with a nasty BLUE SCREEN issue. Just wanted to thank Andrew and Ryan for excellent service. Not only did they remove the blue screen issue but did a great PC TUNE Up!! My laptop is running faster now and fully updated. Thanks again and will happily refer business your way. PC Medix is GREAT!! My first meeting with Payam was like 15 -18 years ago when I was getting ready to leave town for Christmas the next day and my computer crashed. He came out to my house on an hour's notice and fixed it perfectly. I was able to get all of my stuff out before leaving town. Over the years, I have gotten all of my desktops and laptops from PC and I just got a new one in 1/20. I had been wanting to write a review for the last few months but just didn't get around to it. Now with the shutdown, I have time, and I have to say that dealing with Payam and Andrew is still as FABULOUS as it was 18 years ago. They are both super professional, helpful and very pleasant to deal with!! THEY ARE THE BEST!! Would not go anywhere else. Glad they're close by!! Also, their pricing is more than fair. Thanks, guys!!

Had a work laptop die on me out of nowhere. Of course there were important files stored in which I didn't backup and desperately needed back (less than 1GB). Took to Best Buy first, because ya know - Geek Squad. They took over a week to get back to me and finally gave me a call to say it was completed. Showed up to grab my gear and guess what? Nope, they called the wrong guy. They said they couldn't do it unless I transferred ALL data (over 100GBs) from the laptop onto a larger hard drive in which I had to purchase from them. Took laptop to PC Medix the next day and explained my issue. I literally got a call back within an HOUR AND A HALF saying the data I requested was backed up onto the USB drive I provided just fine. Sure enough, it was all there. Oh and they were about 50% less expensive than what Best Buy quoted me. 5/5 Stars - these guys rock. Support your local businesses!
