Carter and Otterwise plumbing were easy and wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest and very reasonable with what needed to be done to fix the issue. He went above and beyond with fixing an extra impending leak/issue he saw while doing other jobs. Would highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs.
Carter & Thomas were great guys and did an amazing job installing out wash bowl with a vet fair and honest price, after we had been given a $1,400 quote by another company the previous day. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbers.
We noticed one of our toilets was loose, so we called the guys at Otterwise to come check it out. They responded quickly and found that toilet was not properly installed and the incorrect gasket was used. They were kind, courteous, and were able to fix the problem the same day.
