We noticed that our water softener did not appear to be working. We had Nathan come out to see about replacing it. He actually noticed that the bypass valve for the water was in the wrong position so that the drinking water was bypassing the water softener. He was very honest and let us know that we just needed to adjust our valve. And our water softener was working fine. Follow up to the original posting: On Nathan's first visit he did point out that our pressure reduction valve was leaking and needed to be replaced. After he left we decided that it would be a good idea to have that done and also have him come out and replace our water heater softener since it was 20 years old and likely not to last too much longer. I'm glad we did. When he came out the second time he pointed out that the quick connect fittings on the water softener bypass were deteriorating to the point that they were cracking and soon to start leaking. We're glad we had him replace the water softener! Also, we have had problems with our outdoor spigot on the front of the house leaking. This was after having replaced the gasket multiple times. It was determined that it needed to be replaced. He did a great job of replacing that also. This involved him cutting a patch in the basement ceiling to access where the water supply from the house attaches to the spigot. He consultative with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy with what he was going to do. He did a excellent job on everything. We highly recommend his services for any of your plumbing needs.

Nate Charlesworth came out to fix a leaking drain pipe and did an incredible job of diagnosing and fixing the problem. The job turned out bigger than anticipated, but he was on top of it and treated me very well in the process. Great communication and customer service.

Amazing service and even better people! They went above and beyond. Not just doing the job I hired them for, but also cleaning up the entire area afterward and even putting the cut-out sheetrock back in place when they were done.
