I could not have asked for a better experience with purchasing my appliances. As a new homeowner, I was dreading the process of having to choose appliances. I read good reviews about Oliver Dyer’s Appliances, specifically their scratch and dent outlet and decided to give it a try. Alex was engaged, knowledgeable, professional, and informative. He did not push any appliances on me and gave me honest opinions. He took me through the whole process all the way to handing me the receipt at the end of my purchase. I appreciated that there was no middle-man! I would 100% recommend Oliver Dyer’s to anyone looking for affordable appliances, wide variety, and exceptional customer service.

Your salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did not push any unnecessary dishwasher i was shopping for. The entire staff ,all 3 gents were helpful, polite and cared about me personally and my needs. I was given several options and I chose the proper dishwasher for me. My oven stooped working 3 weeks before Christmas. I was able to get a great price and very good customer service from Ben at Oliver Dyer’s. I had researched the model that I wanted so we were able to complete the transaction completely by text. Ben was very helpful and answered all of my questions. If the delivery and set up go as smoothly as the purchase, I will be very happy.

Have bought 3 appliances here and the service and support so far, have been far beyond anything you get at a big box store. And...this place is always busy. It is a staple in Fort Worth and comes highly recommended. I have done busienss with Ricky and Eden. They are both just super cool, no pressure, knowledgeable and they let the appliance sell itself. That's what happens when you sell a good product. I will use them when I remodel my kitchen.
