They were able to come out that same afternoon and had the issue diagnosed and completely fixed and ready to go within 90 minutes. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!!! I called Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair to repair my LG refrigerator and freezer after it stopped pumping cold air. I was expecting to be told that it may be a day or two before they could get out here, as this was my experience with other repair services. I was told they could be here within a few hours, which was a huge blessing. Matt and Logan came to my house a little after an hour from the time I called. They were very fair with their pricing and they were extremely fast when it came to diagnosing and replacing my compressor. They were super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will most certainly be using them again for my repair and servicing needs.

Great same day service. Called around 9:00 am and it's done before noon. Appreciated the text updates on arrival time. Very pleasant service tech. Only charged for a service call even though the last time they came to fix our 22 year old refrigerator was 5 months ago. Will need a new one soon. Good advice on what type to buy, and also to put in a surge protector.

They came out to troubleshoot the issue, when they realized it was a bigger repair they were upfront and honest and gave us realistic options. Will definitely use them for any future repairs.

Call them at 7am. Surprisingly they answered and set up a appointment for noon. They were at my house By 11am. Changed out the part and was finished by 12:15. Nice job...
