I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by NextGen. They’re subcontracted by my community, yet after four separate maintenance requests about a severe roach infestation, nothing has been effectively treated. Each visit has been careless and unprofessional. They left multiple insect trap and moisture boxes scattered across my countertop—not even set up properly, just tossed there as if my home wasn’t worth the basic courtesy or effort. At this point, the infestation is still ongoing, and the so-called “treatments” have done absolutely nothing to improve the situation. This has been a complete waste of time and shows a total lack of respect for residents and our living conditions.

Mark was courteous and attentive to our needs. He assured us that spraying smell would not affect my asthma and everything worked out well.

Had ants in several parts of the house. Mark showed up, evaluated the situation, and explained the course of action. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Very happy so far with this company and his service!
