So let me just tell you. After a bad experience with Farmers Insurance denying my claim from an accident that happened and flooded my basement. I needed an expert opinion on the situation. I called a few different companies who offered to get back to me next week. Troy on the other hand answered my call personally. He agreed to come do an inspection after I got off work the next day. Troy gave me some preventative maintenance things I could do in the future and had a vast knowledge of disaster, flooding, and cleaning it up. I am going through some medical trials lately and sadly cannot afford to have Troy perform the work at this time, even though his prices seemed very reasonable and payment options also, sadly I will still need to wait. So he gave me some good advice on what I could do by myself for now. But I will guarantee, when I can afford to take care of it right, Troy will be the only call I make.
