I don't even know where to begin. My home had a very old furnace and I've never had central air before and I was dreading the price and project that was long overdue. I received numerous different estimates from companies and I'm so glad I went with Michigan Comfort Systems!! From start to finish everyone I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable and had an answer for every question I had and trust me I had a lotttttttt of those. Jay came out to give me the estimate. He assured me everything would be done properly, professionally and up to code. Jerry and Nate were my installers. These guys know what they're doing. They are polite and went above and beyond to make sure I was updated every step of the way. They are top notch installers who treated my home as if it was their own. They did an excellent an professional job installing my system and cleaned up after themselves very well. Rose in the office handled all my questions over the phone and went the extra mile to make sure the scheduling was most convenient for me the customer. She has put fourth so much effort in helping me along the way to get my rebates set up and taken care of. Great job to the entire company. What a group of honest people who I had the honor of doing business with. I will forever and always use them for all my HVAC needs and recommend them to anyone that I know.

I am so incredibly happy with my install and crew. I had a 1994 package unit that finally puttered out. The unit was loud and in our main yard space for entertainment. I requested quotes from numerous companies to find a solution to eliminate the package unit, bring the furnace inside, and move the a/c to the other side of the house. I had an electric water tank as well. Now I have a tankless, the furnace is inside, the a/c is on the other side of the house and everything is working wonderfully! They cleaned up everything. They put exhaust caps on to make everything look uniform and professional, and closed off the old holes. They even fixed my dryer vent in the crawl space since they were down there. My dogs liked all of the workers. 10/10 recommend.

We are very glad we chose Michigan Comfort Systems to install our split system. Jay, Jerry and the other young man who installed the it were knowledgeable polite professional and very friendly. We recommend them if you need to update you heating and cooling.
