McDonald’s Jhelum is really good in terms of cleanliness and service, but they often make mistakes in orders. We didn’t get the BBQ sauce, and the ice cream was also wrong. The fish burger was overcooked, so the fish was dry and there was hardly any tartar sauce. Also, why is it that in the bun, the sauce is on one side and the cheese is hanging off on the other? Please fix these issues.

Visited a zillion times. Was having a severe headache. They got it and turned off the music. ❤️ Will visit again to thank that dude. He deserves a raise

Ordered through the app and unexpectedly the order came prepared within 5 minutes, without any mistake. That’s commendable! Taste on the other hand was not up to the mark. Fries were too stiff and not fresh. Too loud music and very loud sounds of the employees talking to each other. Washrooms are not clean either.

Im here to review their ice creams. Especially Sundaes. Bought 4 of them, and they were not fully filled, as you can see. Complained right on their face in the drive thru. It's better not to buy from these frauds. Plus, pricing is not ok, too.

McDonald's Jhelum is a great spot for tasty fast food with quick service. 🍔🍟 The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly, making it a nice place to hang out with family or friends. Always fresh burgers and crispy fries here! 😋
