Chaaye Khana Jhelum

The location is ideal and the design of Chaaye Khana is very impressive. Food is varied with time and days. Quality and quantity of food is acceptable. Time to serve the food is quite passionate. Rates are quite high as compared to other food points of the area. A lot of improvement is required for daily cleanliness and maintenance. Overall it's a nice set up for singles, families and friends.

A few days ago, on Sunday, February 23, we went to this place around 12 PM for lunch. When we placed our order, we were told that it might take some time because it was Sunday and they were still serving breakfast. Hearing this, we decided to step outside and look for another place. However, after checking reviews of other restaurants, we went back inside because this place had the best reviews. Our decision turned out to be right! I hope the manager sees this post because I had promised to give an honest review. This is a great place! If you're ever traveling on GT Road, be sure to check it out—you won’t be disappointed. Low service low quality foods , Go anywhere not Chaye Khana Bad experience again

Ordered a chicken zinger. Worst burger of my life. The bun was at least 2 inches thick see pictures. The chicken had enough batter for 5 burgers. I picked most of it out. Ordered mineral water. It was warm. Chips had a funny smell. Like eggs. Other than the atmosphere and decor not impressed. Was told to dine here by family. They must really hate me. Had to argue with staff and duty manager about payment of the burger. They tried to fob me off with a chocolate cake which I insisted I did not want. They still came and placed it on the table and insisted I ate it. I stood my ground and did not accept it. I left with the agreement that I would not pay for the burger. Won't be returning or recommending.

This place was amazing. So I had visited Chaaye Khana Jhelum Satellite Town, as per it being highly recommended by TikTok on places to eat at when in Satellite Town Jhelum. I have to honestly say I had very high expectations for this place being as I’m from England and we have recently had a surge of Chai establishments opening up everywhere. So me and the Mrs decided we would go for a munch and we kicked off with their Chicken Keema, Cheesy Jalapeño samosas and these were absolutely delicious. You get 6 in a portion and they come with some fries which were also delicious and some salad and sauce (I requested Ketchup). On arrival the presentation of the food looked really good and the coating on the samosas were different to the smooth texture I’m normally used to back in the UK. For our mains the Mrs ordered the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich which came with fries, salad and sauce of your choice, and I went for the popular Chicken Zinger Burger which also came with fries, salad and sauce. The Mrs sandwich was soo good the chicken was juicy and flavourful and the sauce they have on the sandwich was really tasty. My Zinger Burger was seriously crispy and crunchy but at the same time juicy and the sauce they used was soo good I had to request extra on my burger. To was it all down with I had some fresh apple juice and let me tell you these are 100% honest with every thing they say the apple juice was in fact freshly used Red apples and none of that carton crap. The setup and vibe of the place is 10/10 so clean and maintained and the customer service was way above what I had expected, the brother serving us kept referring to me as “Sir” and I had to ask him to call me by name lol. Honestly guys you need to check this place out you will not be disappointed. As for Chaaye Khana (Satellite Town Jhelum) you guys did an amazing job keep up the good work and the high standards and I will be without a doubt coming back and recommending you to my friends and family thank you.
