Ajwa Bakers & Restaurant Jhleum

I recently purchased 2 kg of sweets from Ajwa Bakers, and I am extremely disappointed and disgusted. While eating the sweets, I found a HAIR inside, as clearly visible in the pictures I’ve attached. This is not just unhygienic, it’s downright careless and unacceptable. I trusted Ajwa Bakers for quality and cleanliness, but this experience has completely shattered that trust. If this is the standard of hygiene they maintain, I would never recommend this place to anyone. They seriously need to improve their quality control and cleanliness.

I recently visited this restaurant and was truly impressed. Their Malai Boti was perfectly tender, juicy, and packed with flavor — easily one of the best I’ve had. The highlight, however, was the Ajwa Special Makhni Karahi. Rich, creamy, and full of authentic taste, it really stood out as a signature dish. The balance of spices with the buttery texture made it unforgettable. The service was friendly, the atmosphere welcoming, and the food quality top-notch. If you’re looking for delicious desi flavors, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

I recently visited Ajwa Bakers and ordered their Panini Sandwich, which is considered one of their popular items. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing this time. The disappointment began the moment the sandwich was served. Its condition was unacceptable as it was completely dry and poorly prepared. Without a doubt, the worst Panini I’ve ever had. The filling was minimal and there was a clear lack of sauces which makes it impossible to justify the price. It cost around 410 PKR i guess but the quality did not match the price at all. As you can see in the attached photo, the sandwich looked unappetizing and made with excessively thick bread and barely any proper filling. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of food at Ajwa Bakers. Based on this experience, I will not be visiting the bakery or their shake bar again. A definite NO from me.

Parking is available in plenty Staff is polite, helpful and cooperative Taste of food is really nice Quantity is also reasonable Seating has arrangements for single and family members Their bar b que platter is really good Afghani pulao was little under cooked or not as per authentic cuisines food in Rawalpindi region Chicken karahi was their best Must try if u r looking for good and budget friendly options in Jhelum Good work by team ajwa restaurant

Got cardamom tea from the shake bar , it was good and foamy. Cake rusk were fresh and crispy Chicken bread was 7/10 Sandwiches from the bakery are 5/10
