Food quality and taste is good. Those who love non spicy food should try this. Ordered an open platter, 2-3 people can easily eat an open platter, The special humus type sauce is the main thing to taste. Sitting is very good and has limited tables (3-5)

I haven't had a better shawarma wrap than this anywhere. Their test is the same as the one in Dubai. The shawarma is good and especially their garlic paste is very good. Price over and owner bht attitude aur misbehaving hain

Honest Review : Lebanese Shawarma Gujranwala. Visited this place for the second time, hoping for a better experience — sadly, it was worse. As someone who's had authentic Lebanese and Arabic shawarmas in the Middle East, I’d rate the taste here 6/10 at best. Even their large shawarma isn’t filling. But what really disappointed me wasn’t the food — it was the service and attitude. The owner and staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Orders were delayed for over an hour, while people who came after us were served first. We kept being told “10 more minutes” but nothing came. When I politely asked for a refund, the owner responded loudly and rudely, saying things like “Khana hai to khao, warna dimagh mat khao.” It was embarrassing, especially as I was with a friend from the Middle East. Service – Falak Bhai: Falak Bhai is a hardworking and genuine guy who clearly puts his heart into the food. He can be a bit sensitive to feedback, but his dedication shows. Respect where it's due, he's doing something no one else in the region is. Shawarma Quality: Price: At PKR 600 for a large, it's reasonably priced, but the portion especially the chicken could be more generous to fully satisfy that cultural craving. Ingredients: The pita is soft and flavorful, the chicken is a solid 9/10 with bold, authentic taste, and the tangy pickled cucumber adds a nice kick. However, the fries inside could be crisper instead of soft. Portion: This is where improvement is most needed. The current size leaves you wanting more. For a full experience, you often need to spend PKR 1200+, which adds up. A slightly larger portion with more chicken and fries would go a long way in showing love to loyal customers. Final Thoughts: Lebanese Shawarma is the real deal in town. We only go to Falak Bhai for our shawarma fix because he knows what real shawarma means. With a bit more generosity in the portions, this place could be unbeatable. And Falak kindly listen to the productive requests and feedback that we do. No one is perfect there is always a room for improvement. May Allah give you more.
