KFC - King's Mall, Gujranwala

I wanted to share my experience.Their cashier Maam sadaf greeted us warmly and handled everything in a nice way.I am Thankful to whole team for serving their allcustomers in a good way.Their cash counter members need to be rewarded because of their good behaviour and concern they show towards their customers.

I want to compliment their team mates .Their cashier Maam sadaf was so polite and their other team members were also attentive and welcoming.Its clear from their behaviour that how much they care about their customers and try their best to run the restaurant smoothly and satis Call their customers according their will.In short Thank you soo much for making our dining experience so memorable.

I want to recognise Ma'am Sadaf because of her polite behaviour and I like the way she made feel valued and she handled all the things perfectly and manage the long queue of customers so professionally.It's rare to see such level of care in this busy era .I was impressed by how fast ,quick and accurate the service was. They all worked well to run the restaurant and play a vital role to create a positive atmosphere.

Cashier janeeta ijab is literally very hard working, and doing a good job with integrity n honesty . She treat every one in a very good way. Actually she's best at her job. She's very polite n kind. I think she's need to be promoted at a good n suitable rank .

The place was crowded, yet only two female sales personnel were available. I sincerely appreciate the patience and dedication of the two female staff members who remained active and professional despite the pressure. Unfortunately, the queuing system was poorly managed, and there was no visible involvement from the supervisor or management, even as many customers behaved rudely towards the female staff during peak hours. Better support and organization are urgently needed. At the same time I truly appreciate the management (Mr. Asad) who listened to my feedback and comments.
