Worst service. Staff has no knowledge, they didn't even wash mt car. And forgot about the issues I highlighted to them

I recently purchased a car from Kia Motors – Sialkot branch, and unfortunately, the experience has been quite disappointing. Not only was the purchase process poorly handled, but I also applied for the number plate through the dealership, and it's been over a week with no update or progress. Despite multiple follow-ups, they’ve failed to provide a clear timeline or resolution. If you're considering buying from this branch, I’d strongly advise you to reconsider — don’t waste your time. You’re better off going to a more reliable dealer who values customer service and follows through on commitments.

I visit the kia sports city sialkot and I realise that the customer support person khurram sarfarz is very fantastic person, I buy the sportage in 2022 but never visited at kia sports workshop due to some misunderstanding but now I realise that the customer support person khurram sarfarz convinced me about his services and I completely understand about my misunderstanding and now we always use kia sports city for our vehicles for services. Arshad Services manger also great guy. Really appreciate 😊 Thank you a lot .
