A disaster for Honda as a brand..seems like workers are underpaid as they are least interested in work i was given a job card after half an hour that too on second request and service was done in 2hours may be..only few customers were there yet such a slow service..only engine oil and air filter was to be changed & no it was not their closing time.. It was my first visit and probably the last..

Hello Honda Falcon, the 90s called - they want their warehouse/factory interior back! The showroom section is decent but the mechanical section is nothing but a disaster for strikingly the only Honda 3S dealership of Sialkot and when there are state of the art new dealerships on the same Daska road of competitors. The working warehouses/sections are old and rusty, cement/epoxy flooring, ridiculously congested pit area, outdated rates and service guide charts still placed, generations old standing ACs... I could go on! Now for the actual thing - the servicing, parts etc are the usual exorbitantly priced, the service advisors are doing their bit (on the floor, good customer handling etc) but the mechanics and foremen need monitoring while the work is done and that doesn't give you confidence as a customer, does it?
