Today i visited with my family before coming from my home I'm calling at the help line number for confirmation after I'm coming from another city 45 kilometres and then counter boy telling today doctor is on vocation plz come tomorrow 😢 I have totally bad experience the receptionist is mental person nobody come hare for treatment

Very bad experience. The staff was untrained and the consultation was extremely poor. Even during emergencies, they showed a shocking lack of competence and urgency. In my nephew’s case, they conducted tests, including an ultrasound, but failed to identify or disclose that it was appendicitis. This kind of negligence could have had serious consequences. Before that, my son also received poor care. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. Patients deserve better — especially in emergencies.

Dr. Aisha Irum is an excellent doctor, and the staff in the OPD is commendable. However, our experience after surgery was the worst we have ever faced in any hospital. The housekeeping staff came one by one, asking congratulations for the arrival of the bab(Mubarikbad), The other staff responses were unhelpful. We had to ask for assistance three to four times for anything we needed. When we requested the nurse to remove the intravenous line (branula), her reply was, "You can take it out yourself." Each time, we waited around 30 to 50 minutes for their response. It was very disappointing.

I would like to bring to your attention my recent experience at your hospital. Unfortunately, the behavior of the reception staff was very rude and unprofessional. Despite arriving earlier, my name was not properly recorded in the appointment order, and several patients who came after me were given appointments before me. When I raised this issue, the staff at the reception responded inappropriately, saying: “Aap ne check-up karwana hai to yahi token number lagay ga, abhi fee jama karen, otherwise you can leave.” This kind of response is unacceptable and does not reflect the care and respect patients deserve. I kindly request that the hospital management take notice of such incidents and ensure that staff members are trained to treat patients with courtesy and fairness. Proper queue management and respectful communication will greatly improve the patient experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently visited Khadijah Poly clinic on Shami Road for heart check up and I must say it’s a wonderful hospital. They have private doctors for almost every department. The hospital also has its own ambulance and pharmacy. I had my heart check up done by Dr. Adil Irfan Chattah, and he is truly an amazing doctor – kind, polite, and very thorough in his approach. He took great care in explaining everything to me. The hospital’s cleanliness is also commendable, and the parking is quite convenient. Overall, a great healthcare facility in the area.
