Kemph Heating and AC (The Comfort Kings)

These people are POOR!!! Made me wait 6 days w a leaking attic (AC) dripping into my dining room w soggy ceiling tiles and when they arrived, they didn't even bring a ladder to be able to get up into my attic, went outside after less than a minute, came back and said they couldn't work here due to my pet smell and they LEFT! This was also after my son showed them pictures of the attic problem. They simply didn't want to be bothered or was too inexperienced to handle the job! And chose to insult me instead! DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!!

Will not call this scammer ever again! Called them last week they said the inducer motor was out. Today to say it was obsolete and they could rebuild mine for over $500. I did 5 seconds of Google searches of the part number found it on Amazon with tax for $101 and 2 min to swap it out my heater is working again.

Quick and easy quote and financing. They were evan able to get the lender to offer a better set of terms. Installed in one day and offered to return in warmer weather to check the AC unit.

They got me in the schedule for installation quickly. Kyle answered all my questions made me comfortable with the install and gave me a good deal on my new heat and air system. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Had it installed in a day. I am very happy with the deal I got and the system they sold me. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner.
