JC Parmenter were on time, very professional. They took the time to explain how my system works and how to maintain it. Did a great job would highly recommend them to anyone.

I met Susan at the right time. She told me that I needed to get my tank pumped as it had been five years since we moved in. Her and Justin came together and quickly located my cap (which was measured incorrectly by the previous company that performed the title 5). They pumped out nearly 1000 gallons (from a 1000 gallon tank). It was a close call and I am very lucky to have met her, as another 6 months could have been a very expensive bill. They were extremely educational and told me what I should and should not be doing as far as septic care. This is my first house and I really appreciated the care and instruction they gave me. Very fair prices as well. They have a lifelong customer based off such a great initial experience. Thank You!

Justin came out and found several problems with my septic tank due to faulty installation. He even stayed late to help clear a very difficult to move obstruction. Very reasonable prices. Going to stick with these guys!

They sent me a postcard reminder for service. I recently moved in to this house, so the postcard was much appreciated. But, then when I contacted them, they said they do not serve my town.... then why did you send me a postcard!?!?

Can I just say how much I love these guys, especially Justin. We’ve used them for inspection at our old home, pumping at our new home, and in the off-season, Justin has done some amazing land work, and readjusting to the pipe of our septic system. Kind, always says hi to my kids and the dog, just a gentle soul and good price hard worker, I can’t recommend this company enough
