I first met Scott over 10 years ago when he was part of the crew building my Running Y home. I was impressed with his attention to detail and professionalism then, so I was happy to hear he had recently started his own company with Josh so I called them when my home in Lynnewood had problems. After consulting with 4 other contractors, Scott was the only one that diagnosed the true source of the water leakage problem and the secondary damage. He gave me an estimate in a very timely manner and proceeded to repair ALL of the damage within the time frame that he estimated. And despite finding new issues along the way, he stuck with his original bid and consulted with me on a daily basis with pictures and updates. That was last year. I was so impressed with everything that I called Scott again last week with a new issue. Although it was not a major job like previously, he came out the very next day and resolved the issue. That is what I call SERVICE. Now I am sure that not all issues can get resolved in 24 hours but if he would have said, “I’ll get to you in a couple of weeks”, I would have gladly waited. Trust is everything. Thank you J& S Construction for branching out on your own. I have referred this company to several friends already and they have all been very pleased with the work, the pricing and professionalism. Thank you Scott and Josh. You are appreciated.
