Seth was recommended to us by a local door and window supplier. We wanted our old deck replaced. Seth responded to our call right away. He got an estimate to us in just a couple of days. He started the project even sooner than we expected. His work is professional, he showed up when he said he would an he always kept the job site clean. He really pays attention to detail. Both Seth and Aaron (and Caleb) did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cotterman Construction! Update: Seth recently rebuilt our front porch and the results are fantastic! Next project is building an addition to our garage. Can't wait!

My wife and I had Seth remodel our bathroom, and he did a great job. A good problem solver, his work quality is really great and he gets a lot accomplished in the time that he has.
