We have used Kokesh Plumbing several times, and they are always prompt, do great work and are wonderful to work with. Mike Nelson just did some work for us, and his work and kind personality made the experience even better than I could have hoped for. After experiencing water pressure problems and confirming they were not related to American Water, we turned to J.J. Kokesh & Son for help. Mike Nelson, the plumber, came in and quickly and accurately assessed the source of the problem. Not only did he solve the valve problem, but he also went through the house and checked EACH faucet for functionality, including the new shower head. He identified another issue with the water softener function and a sink that was not producing hot water. To be clear, we were NOT "oversold" on anything, but he gave choices, options, and awareness cues to watch for. Today, everything is functioning as it should. Would highly recommend this family-owned business and would welcome Mike back again should we require further plumbing service. Oh, and I was offered a senior discount.

what an excellent experience... from the dispatcher / scheduler to the prompt and professional rendering of services!! our plumber from kokesh was able to see us quickly, which was a real bonus. he phoned ahead which helped me to make sure we were ready for him... and he was direct, effective and solved our issue!! i'd say his demeanor was the real treat - friendly and clearly an expert at the same time, with the parts and the tools to get the job done. would certainly call kokesh again in the future... for service, repairs and even for new work!!!! PS our plumber also brought in a package from outside... what a gent!! thanks for the help, kokesh plumbing!!
