Worst hospital, rude and non professional staff phathatic management. Highly not recommend.

The receptionist are hell rude they r acting as if they own the hospital plus the doctors especially that radiologist who mostly sit at morning in hospital are also so rude people lack basic manners and etiquettes on how to treat the patients nicely the radiologist who sit in the early times behave as iff they r not in the hospital they r in their house not taking the name of those doctors but they need to learn some basic manners and they don't check the patient properly the ultrasound reports r not good they didn't examined well so overall tell these doctors and receptionist people to act like human and learn some manners.

I have recent worst experience at izzat ali shah hospital wah cantt.there are no doctors available after 2 pm for the indoor patients.only staffs are looking after the patients in an inappropriate manner even these staffs don't know anything about patient care.There is no doctor available even in ICU anf no trained nurse is available in ICU.the staff and doctors are rude and treat patients in unprofessional attitude.I advise all people to stay away and save the live of thier loved ones by not going there.

It was very unfortunate that I visited this hospital. Cleanliness is at it's worst. Assistant of Dr Humaira Nasir is very very rude. Charges of tests are very high as compared with good private hospitals in Rawalpindi. It seems hospital is made for only business purposes. While talking with supervisor he was trying to satisfy me in every manner. Mosquitoes are everywhere. Govt should take action.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Izzat Ali Shah Hospital. Avoid if You Value Your Sanity and Money This hospital is nothing short of a nightmare, especially when you're already going through the stress of caring for a patient. Let me break down the issues: Private rooms are a scam. Don't bother paying extra. It offers zero comfort or privacy. The patient still has to roam around the labor room like everyone else. The only reason to pay for a private room is to reduce stress, but here, they make it worse. No male attendance after 10 PM. This is by far the most ridiculous and frustrating rule. No male family member is allowed after 10pm, even in private rooms. What’s the point of paying premium charges if they’re going to treat you like this? There is no proper waiting area anywhere in the hospital. Families are left standing or wandering, no matter how long they have to wait. There is zero parking facility. You’ll end up wasting precious time looking for a spot outside the hospital, even during emergencies. The receptionist is more interested in scrolling his phone than helping patients. He is incredibly slow and barely responsive while people stand in line. Once you're admitted, get ready to be milked dry. They won’t tell you anything about hidden charges in advance. Medicines, tests, and services will be added without explanation, and the bills just keep piling up. They give you a long list of medicines without telling you what they’re for or where they’re being used. You’re expected to blindly buy everything. They don’t accept card payments. Even in emergencies, they demand cash. If you run out, you have to leave your patient and go find an ATM. The washrooms are filthy, even in private rooms. Cleanliness seems to be the last of their concerns. They require photocopies of CNICs and even your Nikahnama for admission. No one carries their marriage certificate during a medical emergency, but they insist on it. We were told the doctor would come at 6pm. We waited over an hour. She only showed up after we contacted her assistant directly. This kind of delay is unacceptable. Their neonatal care is shockingly under-equipped. The NICU has very few incubators. If there’s an emergency and no unit is available, you’ll be forced to rush to another hospital. They demand payment before they even speak to you properly. Everything is money first, care second. Most of the staff is rude, unhelpful, and completely insensitive. You’re already under emotional stress and they make it worse. If you want to be mentally tortured while your loved one is already suffering, then by all means visit Izzat Ali Shah Hospital. Otherwise, stay far away. This place is a disgrace to healthcare.
