I was amazed when I visited uppal hospital for my wife's emergency. Fortunately, the medical officer on duty was Dr. Rabia shafique. What an amazing Dr. She is. Not only that she was truly professional, she had a unique and a very comforting approach towards my wife. Although, she is not a specialist, she kept asking and advising my wife to prevent recurrence of pain. She paid her personal attention as if we were somebody related to her; this is rare in Pakistan. She almost wrote a complete page to document my wife's complaint, to advise medication, future follow-up with the specialist, and a an alternative treatment just in case the pain does not subside. I am truly thankful to Dr. Sahiba for being professional, knowledgeable, and for carrying this demeanor that puts patient and family members at ease. May she live long, become a specialist, and be available to keep serving humanity. Ameen.

I must say I am really impressed with the facility and services all around. Well trained staff with customer centric attitude. Dr. Rabia Shafique is such a professional doctor. I would recommend this hospital if anyone is in need of any health care advice.

Very disappointed . I called them 3 times and asked for my doctor and the staff confirmed to me that the doctor would be there. After traveling 53 km, we reached an hour early and after waiting for 3 hours, the staff apologized that the doctor would not come due to some personal matter.
