Absolutely Wonderful Shop. Everything about this operation is 5 stars. Dariy and his team are wonderful folks with love for their customers. Their transparency, friendliness and quality work is what really sets them apart. At a more then fair rate, they had my destroyed iPad looking like new within 24hrs. 10/10

Phone place does not accept repair/service unless you are buying their repair parts. If you have the part, but need the service this place does not do that. Edit: The audacity to reply and lie to me is crazy.. this is the only phone repair store in the plaza and the store literally has the logo on the front so of course I got the right store... your staff hardly speaks English and even called "his boss" if he could do the repair without purchasing the parts and confirmed that he couldn't. I even asked if I could just pay him $20 just to open my phone and I'd repair it myself and he still said he wasn't allowed to. Me saying this will probably give you an idea of which customer I was since it was a slow and empty day, but the audacity to lie is crazy.. yall definitely don't deserve 4 or 5 stars.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is by far one of the best businesses I’ve ever used for phone repair. I came in with what seemed like a completely hopeless situation, and to my surprise, they not only fixed the issue but were also able to transfer all of my information from my damaged phone to my new one. It truly felt like a miracle! The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Hot Tech Repair for any device repair needs—you won’t be disappointed.
