I have been a customer since 2019. Never had any issue whatsoever. I have gotten my phone fixed here multiple times by Laili and she does a wonderful job. I 100% recommend this place!

This store is extremely unprofessional. The staff was rude, careless, and acted like they didn’t care about customers at all. The screen protector was installed badly with bubbles and poor alignment, and nobody tried to fix it properly. The prices are way too high for such low quality work. I regret spending my money here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and go somewhere else.

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED HERE. I came here to get my screen fixed. EMPHASIS ON SCREEN. after paying $90 to get my SCREEN fixed I got a notice saying that my battery is not recognized because it’s not a genuine battery . my phone would overheat all the time especially while charging and on the phone. now not even 2 months later my phone dies at 80% and I need to get a whole new phone. please reconsider coming here and just get it fixed by apple it’ll save you a lifetime. Also when you go there to ask them about it the lady will try to gaslight you and deflect blame from the company. even after giving information that you can find with a simple Google search, she will say they’re lying because they are their competition. she says she’s been doing this for 10 years and it’s very apparent she’s just been SCAMMING people for 10 years. DO. NOT. GIVE. THEM. YOUR. BUSINESS!!!
