Upon calling to schedule an appointment for my sick child, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. They refused to provide appointments over the phone, insisting that we bring the child to the hospital and wait for our turn. This policy not only inconveniences patients but also reflects a lack of consideration for their well-being. It's disappointing to see such disregard for professionalism and empathy in a healthcare facility. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to improve the overall experience for patients and their families.
