Haji Bashir Yadgar Daal Chawal and Restaurant

Hears a lot about them. Visited this place on last week. Daal Chawal was almost fine but service was very poor so was the atmosphere as for the service you have to pay first and then wait for the waiter to come and collect the receipt and then you get your food. Quite strange tbh

Tried the daal chawal here disappointed. The garam masala in the daal had no real flavor, felt like it was just sprinkled on top without blending into the dish. Charging Rs. 200 for a basic plate of daal chawal is quite unreasonable given the taste and portion. On top of that, the seating arrangement is poor it gets uncomfortable if there's even a small crowd. Needs serious improvement.

No ambiance, difficult parking as its on the road. Not hygienic at all. Affordable price and they ate famius for their chany ki dall so do visit if you want to eat dal chawal.

They have reduced the quantity over the period but still maintain their original taste with quality. And more surprising prices were not increased with high inflation. What a mesmerising taste of original BASMATI rice with daal chana. And original combo of SHAMI TIKKI with it. Only point of lacking was atmosphere and Cleanliness wasn't upto the mark which still need a lot of improvements.

It truly felt like a comforting, home-cooked meal. ❤️ The environment was very welcoming and clean, making the meal even more enjoyable. A big plus was the ample parking space available, which made the visit hassle-free. Overall, a wonderful place for authentic and tasty Daal Chawal. Highly recommended!
