My stay at Best Western Hotel Gujranwala was simply outstanding! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The ambiance of the hotel is peaceful and elegant, perfect for both relaxation and business. The staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was full of flavor and variety.

I recently visited Best Western Hotel in Gujranwala and wanted to share my experience in detail. This was not my first time hearing about this place, but it was my first time actually dining here. The location is easy to find, parking is convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming. The dining area is neat, the tables are well set, and the staff is polite and attentive. When I arrived, I was impressed by how quickly they greeted me and guided me to a comfortable seating area. The menu offered a good variety of dishes, both local and international. I decided to try their special items that are often recommended by others. The food presentation was excellent — every dish was served hot and fresh, and the aroma immediately built my appetite. Now, talking about the taste — I must say, the food was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, the meat was tender, and the spices were well blended at first bite. It was one of those meals where you can’t help but appreciate the chef’s effort. If someone asked me just about the taste, I would say it was among the best I have had in Gujranwala. However, I need to mention the part that was not so pleasant. While the food was tasty, it turned out to be extremely spicy. At the time of eating, I didn’t think much of it, because the flavors were masking the level of spice. But when I went home later that evening, I started feeling a strong burning sensation in my stomach, almost like fire. It became quite uncomfortable, and I could not sleep properly the whole night because of it. I understand that in our local culture, spicy food is quite common and many people enjoy it, but in my opinion, the spice level here was far beyond what a normal person’s stomach can comfortably handle. For people with sensitive digestion or those who are not used to very spicy meals, this could be a real problem. I believe the hotel should consider offering a “spice level” option when taking orders — for example, mild, medium, or extra spicy — so customers can choose according to their preference. This would help them maintain their great taste while also making sure it’s suitable for everyone. Overall, Best Western Hotel in Gujranwala has excellent service, a pleasant environment, and very tasty food. But for me, the after-effect of eating such spicy food was too much, and it spoiled what could have been a perfect experience. I would still recommend this place to people who enjoy high-spice meals, but for those who prefer milder flavors, I strongly suggest requesting the chef to reduce the spice when you order. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because with a few adjustments in spice levels, this could easily be one of the best dining spots in the city.

I want to arrange a motivational get-together for my team at Lunch. After visiting many hotels and restaurants, I selected this place and found a new good addition in my list. The location is quite easy on the main road towards Lahore. The staff is very cooperative and friendly. Regarding ambiance and food quality, 👍 to the management. I visited here for tea and it was the best I have had in my life! Totally recommended. It was almost like a latte coffee, with foamy top and a hint of vanilla. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Met with their Chinese kitchen chef and he was a very nice guy. The roof top was beautiful in the night and the pool was clean.
