I recently visited PDRMEX to repair damage caused by road debris to my passenger mirror and door. My car was only two months old, and I was hoping for repairs that would make the damage completely unnoticeable. They replaced the power mirror and camera, repaired two small dents, and even addressed a scratch I had accidentally made by closing my garage door on the car. The team was efficient and professional, offering to complete the initial repair within a few hours (I had already purchased the mirror). When I inquired about the scratch, they quoted a very reasonable price and assured me the car would be ready the following day if I left it with them. True to their word, the work was completed on time, and the results exceeded my expectations. The car looks as good as new! Fransisco and his team did an incredible job on my 2006 9-3 Saab. They gave me an very reasonable and fair price and did a stellar job, I can't even tell the dent was even there, it looks even better than it did before!!! The guy I was talking to before attempted to rip me off and charge me 3 times as much. Thank god I blew him off and went to Hail Repair PDR, they did a perfect job and saved me a lot of money. I'd highly recommend if you have a ding to remove from your car take it here!

I just had a small bit of body work done at PDR MX. In today’s world of lousy customer service it is more than refreshing to find a company like this. I was quoted via photos I sent. It turned out that that the photos did not accurately reflect the amount of damage needed to be repaired based on the original quote. I was informed of the added cost after the job had been started to complete the full repair. The owner after discussing this matter with me graciously agreed to complete the added work at the original price quoted. He has earned all my future business, and respect.
