I’m once again very impressed with the expert repair work and excellent service at Hoods, Etc. Within the low key entranceway, they have vast space for many vehicles and well equipped automotive facilities. I am always pleasantly surprised to find an auto repair place with mechanics, owners and managers who all experts, honest and courteous. Special thanks to J. C. for his reliable care and going the extra mile to test drive my car in advance to diagnose any possible damage.

Friendly , knowledgeable , GREAT body repair to the rear passenger side 1/4 panel of my Black 2016 Tacoma 4x4 TRD. Matched the paint perfectly, Repairs done on time and per quote , no surprises. 3 other body shop price estimates were considerably more and their estimate shop time was longer, dealership stated repairs would require removal of the truck bed...both the dealership and one other shop said the blind spot monitors would require expensive $$$ recalibration...BS . Hoods did excellent repairs and excellent paint with bed on AND recalibration was NOT required. Took truck in Monday and all work completed mid morning that Thursday ! Very impressed with work preformed AND with JC and all staff! Thanks Hood! If I can find time and how I'll attach a photo...in my opinion it's impressive work on a black truck.

Hood’s did a fantastic job on my Volvo XC40 fender repair. From start to finish, they were professional, communicative, and easy to work with. My vehicle is Crystal White Metallic, which can be tricky to match correctly, and they absolutely nailed it. The color blend looks factory, and the finish quality and panel alignment were exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell they take real pride in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. It’s not easy finding a shop you trust with your vehicle, especially if you’re particular, but Hood’s delivered. I’d absolutely recommend them.

This was an incredible experience with JC and his team. From my arrival to a spotless shop to a vehicle perfectly restored and detailed, to JC texting with updates, I could not have asked for for a better experience. There is a reason why they are rated number one in Tucson and I wholeheartedly support that ranking.
