The hospital offers a neat and clean environment with efficient air conditioning. The services are commendable, and the doctors conduct check-ups with great care. Free parking is available, and wheelchairs or stretchers are provided upon presenting an ID card. Some medicines are given free of cost, while others may need to be purchased from outside. All tests required for the gallbladder operation were conducted privately and incurred additional charges. However, one concern is that patients who come with personal recommendations or references are often sent in for check-up immediately, bypassing the queue. Meanwhile, others without such connections are left waiting in line. Despite this, the overall service quality remains good.
