We had service for our 12 year old Whirlpool Duet washing machine a couple of months ago and now a service on our same age Whirlpool Duet dryer today. Both visits from different technicians (Moriel and David) were outstanding. Excellent communication prior to the visit, as well as excellent knowledge and professionalism during the service call. All was completed and resolved in a timely manner with great advice given along the way, and for a fair price. I highly recommend this company for your appliance service needs! I recently had a disappointing experience with them. My refrigerator's ice maker broke down, and despite multiple service visits, they failed to fix the problem. First, they replaced the part they said was the issue and I paid them in full. The part did correct the issue . I called them and notified them of this. They then said it will need another part. “No Problem “ I said and “I presume you would credit and or return the part they replaced.” Yes was their response. They said the new part would take a couple days.. needs to be ordered. I called back after a week and half and they said it’s coming in and would be out within a day to install. They came and installed the new part and removed the old part. I asked for detailed copy of receipt and they said it would be emailed. After asking/ texting and calling they finally sent the receipt and I was NOT Given credit for the part, just the service call. Guess what….. the second repair did not fix the issue either!! They have not returned my messages, No return calls or email Responses. I ended up buying a new fridge and out the $650.00 plus I paid them. FOR NOT REPAIRING my issue. The service was frustrating and ultimately ineffective, leaving me with a non-functional appliance and a lighter wallet. I'm really disappointed with their service. Would NOT recommend.

Had my dryer repaired by General Appliance Service. The call staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and made it easy to schedule an appointment. The repair technician came to the house and was also knowledgeable and friendly. Knew just what to do. Pricing is very reasonable. Recommended to friends and family!
