Called this company, and the owner Pter came to check a problem I had with my washer. He promptly told me the issue with the machine, and a couple of options we could go about it. We replaced a small motor, and he even took the time to explain what the purpose and function of that part was. He was super polite, and professional. I was able to get an appointment and my repair done the same day. They were very reasonable and actually looked into what was causing the leak under my freezer.
