Their food is good. Always fresh and hot, with great flavors. but they charged 150 rs extra to split flavor on pizza. Frangoz is always crowdy, you may sometimes face problem finding seats. Good place for both family and friends. Service is awful. Not that the waiters are rude. But they are irresponsible. They didnt placed the plates, cutlery and glasses already on the table, and we had to wait with our food already present. Also, they didnt even bother to give us the menu. They are remiss in their service, else the food and the ambience is good.

I tried pizza buffet. They serve 5 type of pizza,wings,fries and almost 8 type salad, Garlic bread olives and sauces. I tried there pizza which taste was good and yummy.wings was also tasty. Fries was very crispy and tasty, salad was just average. Overal it was good experience. Per person they charged 1100 for adults and 550 for 5 to 10 year's. And no charges for children under 5 years.

I recently visited Frangoz at V Mall and ordered their Ramadan deal, which included a small pizza, baked wings, fries, and a samosa. Everything tasted fine, except for the wings, which had a slightly burnt flavor. After that, I ordered their loaded fries, which had a hint of sweetness but were still enjoyable. However, my experience took a turn when I ordered their fried chicken. It had a strange smell and a bitter aftertaste. I called a waiter and explained the issue, who then brought over the manager. The manager tasted the chicken and insisted it was fine. When I told him about the unpleasant aftertaste, he casually responded that it was due to their fryer. Instead of addressing my concern properly, he simply told me to eat it, guaranteeing my health and assuring me that I wouldn’t get sick. When I refused, he suggested that I take it home for my family and walked away. I was shocked by this level of customer service. I wasn’t asking for a refund—just a replacement or acknowledgment of the issue. A restaurant should prioritize customer satisfaction, especially when it comes to food quality. Frangoz seriously needs to improve its customer service and food handling practices.

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting Frangos Cafe* for their much-hyped pizza buffet, and honestly, it was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the service was shockingly poor. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested, with no sense of management or customer care. The food was beyond terrible. The taste of the pizzas was awful — soggy, undercooked, and completely flavorless. It didn’t feel fresh at all, and I could barely finish a slice. The pasta was even worse; it had a strange, chemical-like smell — almost like Dettol or some cleaning product. It was so off-putting that I couldn’t take a second bite. As for the buffet service, pizzas were coming out every 10–20 minutes, and by then a huge crowd had formed, pushing and waiting around. There was no proper system or staff handling the rush. People were literally fighting over slices. It was complete chaos. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I genuinely feel sick after eating there and fear it might lead to food poisoning. I would strongly *advise others to avoid Frangos Cafe*, especially for the buffet. Terrible food, terrible service, and zero hygiene standards. Not recommended at all.

This is good experience for me. Food is good service is ok ok. Not allow to go up lunch time. I really like wings bcoz they have bake wings price is very reasonable. Friday Saturday and Sunday they have buffet system. Good place for family-friendly.
