We've been using Floyd's services for almost 10 years now and have no complaints. Prompt, efficient and polite service each time, and arrives generally the same day - especially helpful on very hot days when the A/C quits. Highly recommended. Good people.

Last summer when visiting my family I noticed that the AC was not keeping up with the heat outside. Mom had seen Floyd's Heating and Air over at a neighbors house so we reached out to them. Jeff called us back immediately and came out that same day. He was able to do some work on the AC unit, even though it was extremely old 28 yrs at least. He also installed a new and improved thermostat in the house.. He told us at the time that the unit was not going to last too much longer and provided estimates for a new unit. Six months later and arrived home from vacation to a hot house. Not only Mom's house, but also my sister's house. Jeff came out to both my sisters house and my Mom's house the next day. He fixed my sister's unit but Mom's was beyond repair. This all happened on Monday, he gave us estimates on Tuesday and told us that he could hopefully install a new unit on Thursday or Friday, if we let him know our selection. Tuesday evening I called to tell him which unit we selected. It is now Wednesday afternoon and the install has been finished and the house is cooling! Thanks so much for the quick turnaround and professional service! Needless to say we would recommend Floyd's highly!!

I had my first interaction with this company today. I was frantic to find help for a problem that had gotten progressively worse over 24 hours in my elderly mother's home. Since I had spent the day dealing with various companies giving excuses for not being able to come out or even worse not answering or returning my messages...it was so refreshing to have a very polite "actual person" answer my call. She showed immediate concern when I explained my predicament and said she felt sure Mr. Floyd would try his best to come out due to the circumstances ... even though it was 4:45. In 30 minutes I received a call from Mr. Floyd who promised to come as soon as he finished a job across town. He took the time to ask questions about the problem and try to put me at ease. After arriving he took every care to assist me in a difficult situation. The solution turned out to be tricky to find and yet he patiently answered my numerous questions as he worked. Mr. Floyd was very knowledgeable and professionable. I would not hesitate to recommend him or this company to anyone and will definitely be using him for all of my heating and air needs in the future. .

Excellent Service! Great Pricing! I needed to replace two HVAC systems. After getting estimates Floyd's prices beat all others by several thousand dollars. I had been using Waldrop for over 15 years and had a service contract with them, but they could not come close to matching Floyd's prices. Oh and Mr. Floyd did the estimate and installation. He was wonderful to work with.
