I shattered my screen and they replaced it at a fair price within 30 minutes! I procrastinated getting a screen protector and shattered it a second time (leaving it on the trunk off my car and driving off). I was happy with the first repair so I went back to them and they gave me a $20 discount. They even cleaned my speakers out and offered to install the screen protector I ordered before coming in, free of charge! I have already, and will continue to recommend them.

We use about 50 or more phones for the company i work for and we always use Fix it! Wonderful customer service! Great turn around! Prices are very reasonable for the work they do depending on what the issue is with the phone . They have fixed many phones for me with any and all issues you can think of from cracked screens to broken charging ports . Fix it is the place to take your broken electronics !!! Highly Recommend!!!

Not the best experience, after dropping it off, it took several days and me reaching back out to them to get a timeline and a quote on my PS5 repair. The PS5 is repaired, but was returned to me very dirty with grease staining the white casing, also several screws were still loose causing parts to be rattling around after the repair. I tightened all of these and purchased a new case. The price for the repair wasn't bad, but I would hope for them to clean the devices better after working on them and to ensure all screws are tightened. In the future, I will likely use another repair service.
