I had an amazing experience at this cellphone repair shop. I took my phone to two different Apple Stores, and they weren’t even able to fix it. They basically told me there was nothing they could do, which was very frustrating. Then I came to this repair shop — and they actually took the time to properly diagnose the problem. I had two iPhone 15 Pro Max and one iPhone 16 Pro Max with broken screens, and one of the 15 Pro Max also had a serious motherboard issue. Not only did they replace the screens perfectly (they look brand new!), but they were also able to fix the motherboard issue that Apple couldn’t repair. The staff was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and gave me fair pricing. The turnaround time was fast, and the phones are now working perfectly. I’m honestly impressed that they succeeded where two Apple Stores couldn’t. That says a lot about their skill and experience. If you need screen repair or complex phone repairs, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

The replacement screen failed under normal use in less than 24 hours. Nice staff, but unfortunately poor-quality parts and disappointing customer service. I paid to have my iPhone 15 Pro screen replaced, and it broke in less than 24 hours. After reaching out to the shop, I tried to have a reasonable discussion about the situation. I was willing to pay the cost for the parts they used and simply asked for a refund on the labor, given how quickly the screen failed. I was hoping to meet half way instead of ask for a full refund. The only option offered was to charge me again to replace it with the same aftermarket screen. There was no acknowledgment of the part quality or willingness to meet halfway to make the situation right. Based on this experience, I would recommend going directly to Apple or an authorized repair provider and paying more for OEM parts and certified service. While it’s more expensive upfront, it will likely be cheaper in the long run than repeatedly replacing lower-quality aftermarket screens. If you are short on cash and just need a screen to get by, this shop may be an option- but be aware the screen quality is noticeably lower (less crisp color, less durable) and much more prone to breaking than Apple original parts. I wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately left disappointed with how this was handled.

Amazing service from start to finish. The staff was super helpful, honest, and efficient. They fixed my phone quickly and the quality of the repair was excellent.
