They never over sell or try to get you to buy things you don’t need. They go the extra mile every time. Their service men are above reproach. Very professional and explain everything perfectly clear. Love Jason especially as I have seen more of him but he is excellent and so personable. Love working with him because he never misses anything. You couldn’t go anywhere for better more professional ethical help with any issues you have with your garage doors! Highly recommend this company. I first tried to contact the company that originally installed our doors, but all communication had to be done by text, and they were far from responsive. After waiting over a week just to find out if they could even handle the repair, I called Fayetteville Garage Door instead. They offered to come out that same day! The technician arrived right on time and gave me a quick phone call (not a text!) to let me know he was on his way. His service truck was clean and well-organized, and he was friendly, professional, and efficient. Levi did an amazing job on our automatic gates came out repaired the issues got them working. It’s good to see that garage door companies can also can do driveway gates I would highly recommend Levi and Fayetteville door company for any of your gate and door issues. He also did our big rollup door amazing job thank you very much. I’m very pleased with the quick response and thorough troubleshooting of our garage and shop doors. They honestly reviewed with me what could be repaired/parts replaced saving me money and what needed new equipment, which I expected. All installation done quickly and neatly. These guys are great! I messaged them through their website and they contacted me that day and were out to service a couple rentals the next day. Everyone was super friendly and they let me know what was happening from start to finish. Gave me options for service vs replacement. Was very appreciative of the service I received and won’t hesitate to use them again in the future!
