My septic tank was backed, so I called English Sewage and spoke with Paul. I didn't know anything really about the tank until Paul explained everything thing into detail for me. I now have a better understanding on care, pros and con,etc. I needed them asap, I was given a time between 12-4pm and about a hour after my call, they were there. Again the gentleman explained what he was going to do ,even down to the toliet tissue to use that doesn't clog the tank. I've been a customer of English Sewage for over 15 plus years and I recommend them to anyone. One more thing to add Paul even had a copy of the original plan for my septic tank design emailed to me. I'm a very happy customer ☺️

For YEARS, pump'n out our cesspool through "KB SEPTICS" only cost us $300.oo 'CASH'. Unfprtunately, KB was unresponsive this time and we chose you. You have NO discounts of ANY kind. Fast and friendly service, but $475.oo is WAY too much! Will look elswhere the next time service is due.

This is a company that will always have my business and a company that I highly recommend. Both experiences with English Sewage have exceeded my expectations. This last experience was an emergency situation and not only did they send someone out the VERY SAME MORNING that I called, but Grant was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and highly efficient. English was the only service providers that would come out to help us on a Saturday afternoon. Technician Les was personable, knowledgeable, efficient, respected our equipment, and restored the area to a safe and clean condition. Price was fair and even the office staff were great. Highly recommend!
