Ecoflux cleaning and professional services

Did 1 cleaning job in 2022. Used photos of my house WITHOUT MY PERMISSION both here and on Yelp. I complained numerous times in 2022 for you to take the photos down and they're still up. Therefore here's my review. I still have these details from the email I wrote to you in 2022: I gave you accurate info about the size of my house on the webform, yet you charged me more than we agreed, claiming it was because it was bigger than expected. You were over an hour late with no notification that you would be late. And, after you left I noticed missed details. No garbages were emptied or taken out or bags replaced. There was a film on all of my kitchen counters, like the wrong cleaning product was used for granite, and there was dirt on the floor by the fridge which could be seen as soon as the fridge door was opened. Also if you need to charge more than estimated, you could have informed me after I gave the tour. I paid it anyway and was then contacted by you to pay it when I already had. Everyone should do themselves a favor and avoid this business.

I needed help, a lot of help removing, packing and cleaning. The communication was very good from the beginning, even though I adding more, they were very flexible. I just needed extra hands and they helped me with everything. They were very punctual, nice, and fast. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone. I didn’t get to take before pics. I wouldn’t want anyone to see 🤪. Thank you to the whole company!!! Helped me not to stress before Christmas!!!!

Hired ecoflux to clear out my parents driveway after the big snowstorm! They did a fantastic job and their rates are very reasonable. My brother drove by and said it was A+ work. Would definitely hire them again (but I hope there is no more snow this year). Communication was great and easy. (Service: snow removal)
