I had a great experience with MaidPro. The cleaning was thorough and professional. Bethany in customer service was friendly, responsive, and made scheduling easy. Both cleaners did a great job, but one of them — I believe her name was Jade — really stood out. She was especially precise and detail-oriented. I appreciated the quality of service across the board and will definitely use them again!

I've used this MaidPro a few times and have always received stellar service for my 2 bedroom apartment. Theresa is a sincere pleasure to schedule with and goes the extra mile to ensure customers are not only comfortable but happy! She adds that personal touch that exemplifies what true, good customer service should be. I request Amanda for the cleanings, too, as she is very personable, professional and a very detail-oriented service provider. Each servicing I've gotten has really felt like a load has been lifted off my shoulders and cleanings last for a good several weeks (no pets or kids helps). I would recommend this MaidPro any day of the week!
