Our Maytag Dryer stopped heating and we contacted Eco Appliance Repair. He was very helpful in setting up an appt. for the next morning to assess and diagnose the issue. Repair man arrived on-time and gave us advance notice of his expected arrival. In a matter of minutes he was able to determine the culprit. Not to mention repair price was very reasonable-and service was quick as he had the part on-hand. I tried to research what the issue might be beforehand and am glad we contacted Eco Appliance as it turned out to be the heater coil and not the thermostat as I had assumed. Andrey was very professional and courteous. He texted a photo of himself and his work truck along with his arrival time. He had our daughter’s dryer running again in no time and at a very reasonable price. He even cleaned extra lint out from inside the dryer and left the work area clean.
