This place is great. Although we ended up having to replace a component, Cliff first tried to repair it to keep costs down. He lent me some accessories so I could continue to use my laptop while we were waiting for parts. Not only that but everything was repaired a day ahead of the projected time. Communication was excellent, too. Highly recommend.

My experience working with Cliff at Eagletech was absolutely excellent. He was personable, honest, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to carefully diagnose why my computer had been running slow, an issue I had been dealing with for over a year, and clearly explained what was going on. Not only did he identify the root cause, but he implemented a fix that completely resolved the problem. My computer is now running better than it has in a long time. Cliff is not only outstanding at what he does, but he’s also genuinely kind and professional. I highly recommend him and Eagletech to anyone in need of reliable and expert tech support.

Earlier in 2025, my wife’s computer got infected with some malicious software that scrubbing with Norton Antivirus wasn’t fixing. So, I asked two of my closest friends whether they had a computer service shop they could recommend. They both highly praised EagleTech, and so I gave them a call. The person who answered the phone suggested I try something before bringing the computer in. The suggestion solved the problem without coming back. So recently I brought a hard drive in for Cliff to look at, one that had crashed a year earlier, and despite various efforts I had failed to recover my files. I was hoping Cliff would be able to salvage the files. We agreed on a price, and I left it with Cliff. Even though I told him there was no rush, he quickly evaluated the drive and did what he could to recover the files. Sadly, the drive was not recoverable. When I returned to the store to pick up the drive I tried to pay Cliff for his work. But Cliff wouldn’t accept payment since his effort was unsuccessful. These two interactions with Cliff and his EagleTech store have won me as a customer. I will definitely be using EagleTech anytime one of my computers need an upgrade or repair.

Both Cliff and his partner could not have been more helpful in assisting me with my computer. Cliff was very knowledgeable and very quick. He fixed my problem within 2 hours.
