Progressive Computing has been for 20 years, a major component in our success in navigating a complex approach in many new and sometimes problematic hardware and software changes. In order to remain relevant, we need to be on the cutting edge of the latest technology, and Progressive has enabled us to do this.
I experienced a problem that caused my computer to lock on me. Once I called PCI the problem was addressed efficiently, and quickly was resolved. I appreciate the patience of my assigned agent as I am not as fluent in computer talk as most but I was helped without being made to feel computer illiterate. Thank you for your continued service.
