I simply can’t say enough about how kind and knowledgeable Scott was when he came to my home to repair our family grandfather clock that my Dad gifted my Mom with on Christmas, 1972. They both recently passed and I was the fortunate family member who inherited this treasure. I did a little research on the brand/make/model and knew it wouldn’t be an easy or convenient fix.. Scott is well-educated in clocks! He repaired a 45 year-old Grandfather clock for me. I was pleasantly surprised at his repair prices and timeframe of returning my sentimental clock! The BEST part is - once I got my clock home, I had questions about getting the time reset to begin the chiming, Scott was extremely patient with instructing me over the phone!!
