I had my husband’s great great grandfather’s clock repaired and restored as a gift for him after many years of not working. Michael did an excellent job, was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the clock and even, went above and beyond to get it repaired in time for it to be a Christmas gift! His kind heart coupled with the craftsmanship of a clock keeper is unparalleled. He restored a family heirloom to full working condition bringing back years of happy memories. 100% recommend. I found a cute old clock at a garage sale, I couldn’t figure out how to get it to work and if it wasn’t broken already I didn’t want to break it. So I searched for clock repair on Google and Mike’s business came up, I called him and he said to come right over. His business is ran out of his home and he has a really cool clock repair workshop. He taught me how to use my clock, showed me what needed repaired and even taught me some about how older clocks work and repairs. He repaired my clock and even fixed the musical alarm on it too. Michael is fantastic! So friendly and patient, he really takes time to answer any question. He even brought out some of his clocks to visually show us what he was explaining while adjusting his personal clocks. Very nice person, I will confidently have work done by him again! Along with how nice he is, he knows his stuff!! Our late 1700’s-early1800’s clock is working perfect! And we know so much more about it, how it works and how to use it because of Michael. He made is feel important and valued as a customer! He’s busy, for good reason!!
