I’ve always been a supporter of local brands, and Cheezien is definitely one of the standout names in Pakistan’s food scene. I recently visited their newly opened branch in Faisal Town, and it was a pleasant experience overall. We ordered their signature Crown Crust Pizza, which like always was delicious and lived up to its reputation. Alongside that, we had chicken nuggets and fries. It seemed like both were sourced from Opa or a similar frozen food brand, as the nuggets tasted quite standard and familiar. All in all, it was a good experience.

We ordered Cheezious Special Pizza, which was really tasty. Tried Bihari Rolls, and they were pretty good too. The wings were alright, nothing special. But, fries with Garlic Mayo, 10 out of 10! Seriously, the best. The pasta was also really good, like 9 out of 10. Overall, a good spot to grab some food. Highly recommended!

The Cheezious branch in Faisal Town, Lahore, is part of a rapidly expanding Pakistani fast-food chain renowned for its cheesy pizzas, burgers, and platters. Pizza Stackers cost me Rs. 1100 with unlimited refill cold drink. Mozzarella-coated chicken, ginger sauce, shredded lettuce, mayonnaise, pepper, and tomatoes. Taste 8/10 Ambience 9/10 Services 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Overall good experience for Pizza stacker

So, a while ago, we went to Cheezious, and honestly, I usually don’t like their pizza anymore because their quality has gone down a lot, but this time, the pizza was decent. Not amazing — just decent. I’ve also posted a review before about it where I said the same. Anyway, this time, we went with a group of five and ordered their Crown Crust pizza, Bihari Kebab pizza (which they told us is one of their best sellers), and also their Pasta. We also decided to get a 1.5L Coke. So when we placed the order, we were told we couldn’t get the 1.5L Coke for dine-in, only for takeaway. I asked them where this was written, and the guy literally said, “Why are we even here then? We’re here to tell you these things.” Then I asked for two refillable glasses for cold drinks — because three of our friends don’t drink cold drinks anyway, and only the two of us were planning to drink, and we drink quite a lot, so we thought that’s enough. But the guy told me, “You’re five people, so you have to order at least three cold drinks.” So I asked him, “Where is it written?” Like, at least write this on your menu so people know the rules. And he replied, “That’s why we’re here, to tell you these things.” So I said, “Then what’s the point of your menu if you’re just going to make up rules?” Then he said, “These are only for takeaway.” So I just joked and said, “Then we’ll take it away, step outside, drink there, and come back with our own Coke.” And he got all serious and replied, “You can’t do that, we don’t allow that.” Like… what the hell? The tone was very aggressive. It wasn’t even a serious comment, just a joke, and even my friends were shocked by how rude he was. It was a terrible experience with terrible service. The Crown Crust was actually good — we all liked it, and I’d rate it 7 out of 10. But their Bihari Kebabs were straight-up terrible — like honestly, 0 out of 10. They were kind of undercooked and had this weird aftertaste. None of us liked it. Then we had their Pasta, and it was okay. I never really liked their Pasta before, but this one was alright, I’d give it a 6 out of 10. Their cold drinks though — completely trash. They added so much ice it turned into watery sugar water. And imagine paying 150 rupees for a glass of watery ice when you can literally buy almost 2 liters of cold drink for 200 rupees outside. Then came the last hit — the same guy who took our order, maybe their manager or something, came up to us while we were still eating and asked, “Sir, should I bring the bill?” Like dude, what even? I’ve sat at restaurants for 20-30 minutes after eating and no one ever said something like that. It was honestly one of the worst dine-in experiences I’ve had. Maybe you’ll have a better one, but for me, I’m never going back.

I stopped by this restaurant over the weekend, and I must say the experience was quite enjoyable. The ambiance is decent—not overly stylish, but clean, welcoming, and comfortable enough for both families and groups of friends. It strikes a balance between casual dining and a spot you’d visit for a nice evening out. The menu offers a decent selection, covering a range of pizzas, pastas, and a few extras. While it doesn’t have the biggest variety, the options they do serve are well thought out. Two dishes, in particular, stood out: the Crunchy Pasta and the Stuffed Crust Pizza with cheese filling. Both were exceptional. The pasta had a delightful texture, something different from the usual creamy or saucy preparations, while the pizza crust stuffed with cheese was indulgent and rich—absolutely worth recommending. One of the best parts about dining here is the portion size. The servings are generous, making the food ideal for sharing or for someone with a hearty appetite. Paired with the decent pricing, you really feel like you’re getting solid value for your money. But what truly elevated the experience was the taste, which was nothing short of outstanding. Every dish we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and well-seasoned, making it clear that the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. On top of that, the service was excellent, with staff who were attentive and quick without being intrusive. A small point to note: weekends can be busy, so you may face a 15–25 minute wait before getting seated. It’s not unreasonable, but worth keeping in mind if you’re pressed for time. Overall, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The food, particularly the Crunchy Pasta and cheese-stuffed pizza, makes it a place you’ll likely want to return to.
