Extremely disappointed with our recent visit to Rizwan Pocket Shawarma in Model Town. We used to be regular customers and always enjoyed their food, but this time was a completely different story. We ordered the Zinger Burger and the Platter, expecting the same great taste and quality we were used to. Unfortunately, everything we received was far below standard. The Zinger Burger was soggy, lacked the usual crispiness, and had almost no flavor and the chicken patty tasted bland and dry and hard. As for the Platter, the chicken was undercooked and tasteless, the sauces were watery, and the overall presentation looked very careless. This is not the kind of experience you expect from a place that once had such a good reputation. It’s really disappointing to see the quality drop so drastically. Clearly, there has been a major change in either ingredients, kitchen staff, or management. We left feeling completely unsatisfied and regretful. Sadly, we won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone anymore. Total waste of money. Not worth it at all.

It's just a regular Lahori shawarma, but made differently. You can get the same kinda taste from like, most places. The service and the vibe aren't great either. It's always super crowded, not very clean, and the atmosphere is just okay. Skip it!

Today I tried Rizwan pocket shawarma which cost me around 350 rs and it was delicious the quality and quantity both were worth it according to price it was was very yummy must try 💯 Recommended
